Email your question to Hannibal Free Public Library.  Explain in as much detail as possible.  Email service is limited to short, factual answers.   If you need immediate assistance, please call the Library at  573-221-0222,  during normal library hours.  If your question is complex, consider visiting the Library instead.

Hannibal Free Public Library accepts emailed questions from residents of Marion and Ralls Counties .  If you live outside of Marion and Ralls Counties , and need to know a quick statistic or fact, please contact your local public library.  
 

We also accept emailed questions from anywhere about the local history and genealogy of Hannibal and Northeast Missouri .  Please be as specific as possible.  A donation to help pay for this service is always appreciated.  
 

Whenever possible, a response to your question will be sent via email within three (3) business days.
