Description	HANNIBAL, MO - This is the front view of the Allen Chapel of the African Methodist Evangelical Church which was erected in 1869 on Church Street between Eighth and Ninth Streets.  The federal government bought the property in 1963.  The sight was used for parking at the new federal building.
