Description	HANNIBAL, MO - Mattie Ford Willis operated a bar and grill, Mattie's Paradise, on the corner of Lemon and Gordon Streets.  She is seen applying barbeque sauce to the meat on the grill. In addition to grilling, sandwiches, beer, soda and chips were also served.  Music was provided via a jukebox, and dancing was popular.
