Description	HANNIBAL, MO - Mabel Moore, who will be celebrating her 90th birthday, is honored for being the oldest R. S. V. P. volunteer, helping at the Douglass Community Center Clothing House.  In addition, she is the oldest member of the Helping Hand Baptist Church where she has been devotional leader of the Women's Missionary Society and an active choir member.  She has lived in Hannibal since 1923.
