Description	HANNIBAL, MO - Julia January, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. January, the former a faculty member of Douglass School, was honored as the only Blue Ribbon Baby (for health) in Hannibal. The little girl, soon to be 6, received a bronze medal for holding her overall high distinction for 5 years.  Other African American students were honored in their individual categories.
