Description	HANNIBAL, MO - Mrs. Anna M. Diggs was an honored guest at the 1954 homecoming of Douglass School.  Mrs. Diggs graduated from Douglass School in 1895 and began teaching the elementary school students soon after graduation.  Also in attendance was banquet speaker, A. C. Shropshire, head of the education department at Langston University, who graduated from Douglass School in 1926.
