Polc Postcard Collection

David  Polc, a local collector and history buff, has gathered a collection of African American photographic postcards.  Although no definitive links can be made between these postcards and Northeast Missouri at this time, the Hannibal Free Public Library felt that these postcards were too important not to share with the public at large. Therefore, we are including them in this project.  Should anyone have any information about these postcards, please contact us.
