DESCRIPTION	ILASCO, MO - The Ilasco Grade School opened in 1914 and closed in 1962.  It was located in the downtown area and originally consisted of three classrooms.  It soon became overcrowded and in 1921-22 two additional rooms and a second floor auditorium were added.  Sometime within the next two years another addition was made, this time in a building detached from the main school.
