| DESCRIPTION | THE PLANT - This is the interior of the Power House showing both the foundations and roof nearly complete. Like most of the buildings at the plant, this one is made of brick and has many windows for light and ventilation. The exterior of the building is not yet complete ; scaffolding can be seen through the window apertures. |
