ORIGINAL FORMAT	Black and white photograph, 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" ; fraying on upper and lower right corners ; slight fraying along bottom right and upper left sides ; slight chunk torn and folded back approximately 1 1/2" above bottom right corner ; the number "629" is written in the middle of the picture.  The picture is glued to a woven material background that extends beyond the left side of the picture.  This material has several puncture holes (for insertion into a binder).
