DESCRIPTION	THE PLANT - This picture shows a number of employees who are building the Power House.  None of these employees are identified, but a number of them were probably immigrant laborers. There is still work do be done on the exterior (see scaffolding outside the building, behind the workers) and the interior is far from completed.

ORIGINAL FORMAT	Black and white photograph, 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" ; some fraying on lower right corner ; small chunk is missing on bottom edge approximately 3" from the left corner ; the number "632", smudged and followed by a period, is located in the middle of the right edge ; faint outlines of a previous number are visible underneath.  The picture is glued to a woven material background that extends beyond the left side of the picture.  This material has several puncture holes (for insertion into a binder)  (632)
