DESCRIPTION |
THE PLANT - Excavation is beginning for
the placement of the Boiler House, Plant No. 6. Most of the work is
still being done by hand ; quite a bit of the transportation is still
being done by horse and wagon. The blur in the middle of the picture
is probably a train. There are a number of employees in the picture,
but none are identified. |
