DESCRIPTION	THE PLANT - This is early in the construction of the Boiler House, Plant No. 6's foundation.  The forms are in place waiting for the concrete. This picture gives an excellent view as to how close the plant is to the Mississippi River.  Several employees are in the picture, but none are identified.
