DESCRIPTION THE PLANT - This is the piston rod and piston low-pressure cylinder of the Watts-Campbell Engine in Power House No. 5.  Comparison to the man standing next to the rod gives perspective as to how large these machines were.  None of the employees in the picture are identified.
