DESCRIPTION	THE PLANT - This is 1/4 of a picture of one of the shale quarries of the Atlas Portland Cement Plant Company in its early years.  This picture shows a platform used to bring the horse drawn wagons to the railcars for the purpose of dumping the shale into the cars.
