THE PLANT - This picture of the Rock and
Coal Mill shows both the building and the boiler stack (on right) which is
almost completed. Workers can be seen at the top of the stack still
laying brick. Several other workers are seen entering the building
(lower left). None of these workers are unidentified. In the
distance is the Mississippi River. |
