| DESCRIPTION | THE PLANT - This picture shows the Rock and Coal Mill virtually covered with scaffolding so much so that the right side of the building is totally obscured. The part facing the front of the picture gives a better view of the building behind. Progress has been made on some part of the building, because the lumber pieces in the lower part of the picture are parts of the scaffolding that have already been removed from portions of the building. |
