DESCRIPTION |
THE PLANT - This is the coal tunnel dump
for Plant 6. Two long cars of the plant's Hannibal Connecting
Railroad, overflowing with coal, can be seen with the employees shoveling
coal off the cars. The dead end track the cars sit on appears to be above
an obvious drop off. None of the employees pictured are identified,
but many of them were probably immigrant laborers from Central and
Southern Europe. |
