THE PLANT - This is the coal dump for
Plant 5. This coal was necessary to keep the plant running. At
the top of the pile is one employee ; at the base of the pile (center
right) are three young children ; none of these individuals are
identified, but it is certain that the children are immigrants from the
town of Ilasco. |
