DESCRIPTION	THE PLANT - This is another picture of the wrecked kiln building.  It shows a larger portion of the damage and is taken from a greater distance.  Work is already starting to repair the damage, i.e. the diagonal wooden props.  Several employees are in the picture, but none are identified.
