ORIGINAL FORMAT	Black and white photograph, 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" ; slight fraying upper right corner ; cracking and small pieces missing in lower right corner ; the number "649", smudged and followed by a small dot, is written in the upper right corner ; the faint remnants of another number is visible beneath the current number. The picture is glued to a woven material background that extends beyond the left edge of the picture.  This material has several puncture holes (for insertion into a binder) (649)
