ORIGINAL FORMAT	Black and white photograph, 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" ; left 1/5 of the picture is darker than the remainder ; the number "650", smudged and followed by a dot, is written in the upper right corner ; a slight imprint of a previous number is visible beneath the current number.  The picture is glued to a woven material background that extends beyond the left side of the picture.  This material has several puncture holes (for insertion into a binder) (650)
