DESCRIPTION	HANNIBAL, MO - The cement plant employees and their families were rewarded with a party whenever there was a year with a exemplary safety record.  Here is one such party held at the Star Movie Theatre (S. Main Street).  None of the participants are identified.  (As a point of reference, in 1940 the plant employed 320 men with a payroll of $429,000)
