ILASCO, MO - Mary Loguda and one of her
brothers pose at Pump House Hollow, the poorest of the company housing.
Their mother worked in the sack repair department of the Atlas Portland
Cement Company and also worked as a midwife. Their father had
returned to Europe just before World War I and was never heard from again. |
