DESCRIPTION	ILASCO, MO - One-year-old David Polc is surrounded by three young ladies identified, from left to right, as Helena Pauliny, Helen Kisel and Mary Ann Krudy.  The group is standing in front of the home owned by David's grandfather Stephan Polc.  Unlike many of the people hit by the Depression, Stephan, through hard work and determination, was able to pay cash to have this house constructed.
