ILASCO, MO - The Moga family, the parents
originally from Romania, are seen in this stylized family
photograph. They are identified as John Moga (sitting in center),
his wife, Maria Pucarar Moga (standing to the left), his two daughters,
Mary (seated at left) and Elizabeth (standing at left), and his two
sons, John (standing at right) and Peter (seated at right). All of
the children were born in Ilasco. This was probably the last family
photograph as the father John died in a dynamite explosion at the Atlas
Portland Cement plant on October 12, 1920. |
