| DESCRIPTION | MONKEY RUN, a/k/a A SUBURB OF ILASCO - The wedding of Virginia Kitsock to James Mulhern held elements of her Slovak ancestry. The platform upon which the two musicians are standing was built by her uncles. Violins were also common at Slovak weddings. Playing the violin is Virginia's father Charles Kitsock and at the piano is Steve Oslica, Jr. In many Slovak weddings the celebrations lasted three days. |
