| DESCRIPTION | ILASCO, MO - These five Stillwell Addition Grade School students appear in their crepe paper Indian costumes while attending the May Day Celebration at the Ilasco Grade School. All of these costumes were sewn by hand and fitted almost at the last minute (Their poor mothers and teacher). Whether these costumes were for a skit, a drill team, etc. is unknown. Behind and to the right of the boys, identified from left to right as Walter Wojcik, Don Kennedy, Robert Cooper, George Sajban and Steve Wojcik, are men moving the chairs used by the May Day court. In the distance on the right is the Ilasco High School. |
