DESCRIPTION |
ILASCO, MO - These six young ladies,
identified from left to right as Helen Konko, Anna K. Morris, Virginia
Kitsock, Dorothy Smith, Margaret Oslica and Leota Smith, are all in
crepe paper costumes, lovingly created by hand, for their presentation in
the the May Day Celebration festivities. Whether this picture was
before or after their performance is unknown, but to the right and behind
can be seen to chairs used by the May Day King and Queen and their
court. In the distance on the right is the Ilasco High School. |
