Public Hearing concerning the 2012 Ad Valorem Property Tax Rate

September 10, 2012

The Board of Trustees of the Hannibal Free Public Library held a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., on Monday, September 10, 2012, in the meeting rooms of the Library.  Present were:  Annie Dixon, Pam Ginsberg, Gordon Ipson, Cindy Lovell, Jeanie Powers, and Mike Scholes.  Also present was Librarian Hallie Yundt Silver.  

Library Board President Pam Ginsberg called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.  She verified that the meeting was noticed and that a paid legal ad ran on August 31, 2012.

Hallie Yundt Silver provided background information on the Ad Valorem Tax Rate.

There was no Public Comment

Moved to adjourn by Gordon Ipson and supported by Annie Dixon.  Public Hearing adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
