MINUTES OF THE MEETING of April 28,2020

The meeting of the Hannibal Free Public Library Board of Trustees, scheduled for April 8, and rescheduled to April 21 and then April 28, 2020, was cancelled. The cancellation was due to the closure of the Library building to the public due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
