FRIENDS OF THE HANNIBAL FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Board Meeting:  October 26, 2017, 3:50 p.m.

Present:  Vice-President Harriet Grubb and Secretary/Treasurer Hallie Yundt Silver. 

Vice-President Harriet Grubb called the meeting to order at 3:53 p.m.

Moved by Hallie Yundt Silver and supported by Harriet Grubb to approve the minutes of the Friends Board meeting of April 6, 2017.  Motion carried. 

Moved by Harriet Grubb and supported by Hallie Yundt Silver to authorize payment of the following invoices:  Food for Summer Kick-Off Fundraiser in the amount of $17.26, Goodbye Gift Card for Claire Ehrlich in the amount of $25.00, and $75.00 for Gift Cards given at the Library Tea to Cindy Haun upon her retirement ($50) and Caitlin Greathouse because of her Master’s degree ($25).  Motion carried. 

Hallie Yundt Silver provided the Financial Report.  She reported that after the invoices were paid, the balance would be $799.66.

The Financial Report was included in the packet.  Moved by Harriet Grubb and supported by Hallie Yundt Silver to approve the Financial Report showing a balance of $1,159.47 as of March 15, 2017, and an adjusted balance of $827.12 once the two invoices are paid.  Motion carried.

Moved by Harriet Grubb and supported by Hallie Yundt Silver to adjourn.  Meeting adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
