Description HANNIBAL, MO - Ralph Budd, President of the CB & Q Railroad (2nd from left), is surrounded by the Tom Sawyer contestants at the Mark Twain Zephyr Dedication. Mr. Budd is in the process of giving the boys copies of "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" which have been autographed by Nina Gabrilowitsch (granddaughter of Samuel Clemens, aka Mark Twain), former Vice President Charles G. Dawes, former Ambassador Frank B. Kellogg and Ralph Budd. The winner of the contest, Milton Duvall, Jr. of Clarksville, is 4th from the left.
