Policy on Materials Given to or Stored in the Library

Adopted by the Library Board of Trustees: January 9, 1984

Amended:  November 8, 2010

The Board does not accept materials or exhibits on a long-term basis unless the items are given to the library.  The only exceptions to this policy are the Steamship Model and items belonging to the GFWC Woman’s Club of Hannibal, which are stored in the Woman’s Club Room, and the short-term exhibits on a subject or by an artist.
